Château Manos is located in the commune of HAUX.

It is a neighbour of Château Lamothe, which has been responsible for management since 1991. The Néel-Chombart family is in charge of viticulture, winemaking, and sales.

The owner, Monsieur Niotout, was cellarmaster at Château Coutet in Barsac for 20 years. He is a widely-recognised specialist in sweet white wines.

The Cadillac appellation was created in 1972: it covers a dozen communes centred around the town of Cadillac. The wine is made from botrytised grapes entirely handpicked in several waves and then fermented in barrel. The wine is sold exclusively in bottle.
